Task 11: Recommended tools for social media engagement

From my examinations and investigations, I recommend Twitter and Facebook as being of the most benefit to libraries for two reasons.

 

The first reason is, Facebook and twitter are used by more people.

 

 

 

The second reason is, Facebook and Twitter are easy to broadcast, update and leave commends.
